When you think about the word stamped, it’s used as a symbol and representation of legitimacy. What we’ve done in the urban culture is transformed the way it’s used and what I mean in the song when I say “Girl you know you’re stamped” is that the woman in question is a qualified partner. Corey Wayne talks about true love and connecting with the right partner. There's this exercise in which you write down everything you want and don’t want in a partner, from there you pick your top 10 qualities on each side and begun to look for that partner. I've participated in this exercise and I think that my “perfect woman” is legit or “stamped”. The record talks about what I dream the experience of meeting and being with that woman is and will be like.
What I want to happen when people are exposed to the song is for them to take the action of completing the exercise discussed above if they haven’t already. If they have? Find that person don’t be discouraged reread what’s on that list and become the person you want to attract. I believe this is a key component to obtaining and giving authentic love. The world would be a better place if people were with the people they were actually meant to be with. Don't settle until you find that person. This song is not for people who settle for less. This song is not for people who are ok with not being happy in their relationship. This song is for those who won’t settle for anything less than the authentic, genuine love you hear about in books, movies, coaches, etc. I hope it will motivate you to do what's necessary to find it.
